This document applies to Jizzfield personal accounts. Personal accounts do not include organisation workspaces, seats or subscriptions.
1. Permitted generation
You may create fully fictional people from text prompts. Image-to-video may use only an eligible image generated on Jizzfield from text prompts, with verified platform provenance. Files from your device, external URLs, imported images or videos, and material depicting or identifying a real person are not permitted as generation input. This also excludes re-uploading an exported image. Permission from a real person does not create an exception.
Image-to-video is a distinct second step using a selected, eligible Jizzfield-generated fictional image. It is not an upload service. The required origin and access checks must pass before that image can be used. Image-to-image editing, face swap, identity transfer and similar uses of existing external media are not offered.
2. No real people
Do not depict or deliberately imitate an identifiable real person, even using text alone. This includes yourself, public figures and people who consent. Do not supply faces, names or other recognisable identifying features to reproduce a real person. A person claiming to be depicted can report the material; their consent cannot make it eligible under this service.
3. Prohibited content and use
You may not use this service for:
- Recognisable real people, including celebrities, public figures, private individuals and yourself, even if permission is claimed.
- Minors or people presented as minors, including ambiguous or childlike age cues. Calling a person “18+” does not override such cues.
- Violence, injury, torture, threats of violent harm, gore or other violent abuse.
- Non-consensual sexual depictions, rape, sexual coercion, blackmail, drugging, or sexual activity involving an unconscious or otherwise incapacitated person.
- Sexual exploitation, human trafficking, abuse of vulnerability, self-harm or other harmful exploitation.
- Sexual content involving animals or deceased people, and incest scenarios.
- Attempts to bypass checks, falsify the origin of an image, import prohibited material or disguise a prohibited request through wording or instructions.
These prohibitions apply to fictional and AI-generated scenes too. Consent, a fictional label or a successful generation does not make prohibited content permitted.
4. Checks and review
We use automated text checks on the original prompt and any rewritten prompt. If the required text check is unavailable, the request does not proceed. This checks text; it is not a content scan of images or videos.
The team reviews prompt refusals following reports or repeated or serious signals. Repeated refusals in the minors category, or many refused prompts in a short time, may lead the team to review an account and the content created with it. A review is not a finding of a violation and does not restrict the account by itself. Not every automated refusal receives a manual review. A refusal alone is not a finding of a violation.
Staff are permitted to access prompts and outputs only when authorised and as needed for support, complaints, safety checks or resolving technical problems. Our Privacy Notice explains how personal data is handled.
The selection of a source image for video is restricted to eligible, fully fictional platform output with verified provenance. It must not accept an upload, URL or asset originating from another product route. A missing or failed provenance check is not approval. These requirements do not constitute a claim that prompt checks scan every output image or guarantee that misuse is impossible.
We do not use customer material for general AI training or advertising without separate consent for that purpose.
5. AI disclosure when publishing
If you publish an image or video created with Jizzfield or edited using AI outside Jizzfield, clearly state alongside the publication that it was created or edited using AI. This also applies to commercial use.
A clear caption or the publishing platform's AI label may be suitable. The disclosure must clearly relate to the material the viewer sees. Follow the publishing platform's rules and applicable law as well. An AI disclosure does not make prohibited real-person content or other prohibited content permissible.
6. Reports, measures and access to files
You can report content to support@jizzfield.com, including without an account. Tell us where to find the material and what you believe is wrong. If you are depicted, you can also request its removal. The Complaints and Removal Policy explains review, temporary restrictions, removal and reconsideration.
For a minor, remediable violation without an urgent risk, we explain the issue and give a warning with a reasonable opportunity to put it right. Specific indications of a serious violation or an immediate safety risk may require us to restrict the necessary access immediately, without advance warning where needed. The measure must fit the issue and may also affect access to existing files.
Following team review, a confirmed serious violation or sufficiently significant repeated violations may lead to permanent termination of access. There is no fixed number of warnings. A refused prompt alone does not automatically lead to permanent exclusion. We explain the reason, scope and status of the measure, and you can ask support for reconsideration by a different team member.
After permanent termination for a violation, you can ask support for your other lawful files that are still available, without additional delivery fees. The team checks your authority, rights and restrictions and arranges a secure, separate transfer. Ordinary account access remains closed. We do not provide prohibited material or files lacking necessary rights. Permanently deleted files cannot be recovered through this process.
A measure does not automatically mean that all your files or advance payments are forfeited. Financial consequences follow the Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy. Your applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
