This document applies to Jizzfield personal accounts. Personal accounts do not include organisation workspaces, seats or subscriptions.
For support or content reports, contact support@jizzfield.com. You do not need an account to report content or a suspected real-person depiction.
1. Submitting a question, complaint or report
Explain your question or complaint. For a content report, tell us where to find the material, for example with a link, file reference or another identifying detail, and why you believe it is not permitted. If your request concerns an existing decision, identify that decision.
If you believe a result depicts or imitates you or another identifiable real person, you can request its removal. Real-person depictions are not permitted in this service, even with consent. Explain how to identify the material. We may ask for specific information needed to investigate; do not send more personal data than necessary.
2. Ordinary support and urgent reports
For ordinary customer questions, refund requests and complaints, we aim to provide an initial substantive response within two working days of receipt. Full resolution may take longer. An automated acknowledgement is not a substantive response.
Our team also handles urgent reports of potentially illegal content in the evenings and at weekends. The response target for ordinary support is not a waiting period for necessary urgent action.
Working days under this policy are Monday to Friday, excluding official public holidays in the Netherlands. We use the local time in the Netherlands.
3. Temporary restrictions during an investigation
Where there are specific indications that material is illegal or depicts an identifiable real person, we temporarily make the affected files inaccessible within Jizzfield while our team investigates. A report does not automatically result in the entire account being blocked.
A temporary investigation measure is different from permanent removal. The measure must fit the specific issue. A necessary protective measure does not automatically end when someone requests reconsideration.
4. Resolving content complaints
We assess and resolve complaints about potentially illegal content within seven working days of receipt. This is the maximum resolution period for the original complaint. An initial response or temporary restriction alone is not full resolution. We take necessary urgent action sooner.
If we establish that content is illegal, we remove the affected material from Jizzfield immediately. We also remove material found to depict an identifiable real person, which is prohibited under this service regardless of consent. The seven working days are not a waiting period for this removal.
If the complaint is unfounded, we restore access to the temporarily restricted material once no other valid restriction applies. Permanently deleted files cannot be recovered through this process. The expiry of a time limit alone does not automatically restore access.
The seven-working-day period is not a general time limit for refunds, releasing reserved tokens, privacy requests, reconsideration or an external dispute process. Separate agreements and applicable legal requirements govern those matters.
5. Reasons and reconsideration
We explain our decision to those concerned while protecting personal data. For a measure, we explain its reason, scope and status, and how to request reconsideration. Any limit on the explanation must have a specific applicable basis.
If you disagree with a decision, email support@jizzfield.com. This includes a decision to place your account under review after repeated refused prompts. Identify the decision and explain why you are requesting reconsideration. A different team member from the person who made the original decision reviews your request. We reverse an unjustified restriction once no other valid restriction applies.
This process does not shorten any notice, complaint or appeal period you have under applicable law. Where additional statutory procedures apply, we will explain the relevant options in the decision. You may use them without first completing our internal review.
6. Measures affecting an account
For a minor, remediable violation without an urgent risk, we explain the issue and give a warning with a reasonable opportunity to put it right. Specific indications of a serious violation or an immediate safety risk may justify an immediate temporary restriction, without advance warning where needed.
The scope must fit the issue: the affected material, a feature or a user. An account restriction may also affect access to existing files. A protective restriction, for example following an account compromise, does not automatically mean that the account holder committed a violation.
Following team review, a confirmed serious violation or sufficiently significant repeated violations may lead to permanent termination of access. There is no fixed number of warnings. A refused prompt alone does not automatically lead to permanent exclusion. These measures also carry an explanation and the opportunity for reconsideration by a different team member.
A measure does not automatically mean that all files or advance payments are forfeited. Permanent termination by Jizzfield without customer fault are subject to the separate financial provisions in the Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy. A confirmed violation carries no additional voluntary refund guarantee, but statutory rights and an assessment of the circumstances remain applicable. The rule on token forfeiture following voluntary permanent account closure does not automatically apply to termination by Jizzfield.
7. Lawful files after permanent termination
After permanent termination for a violation, ordinary account access remains closed. You can email support@jizzfield.com to request your other lawful files that are still available. There are no additional delivery fees.
The team checks your authority, which files belong to you, and whether providing them is permitted. Permitted files are made available through a secure, separate transfer. A violation does not automatically make every other file unlawful.
We do not provide prohibited material or files lacking necessary rights. Another specific, valid restriction may also prevent delivery; we explain the reason insofar as permitted. This process does not recover permanently deleted files or reopen the account. Statutory privacy and data rights remain separate. This delivery process does not create a new general retention period.
8. Disputes and access to courts
We try to resolve complaints with you through support. You retain your applicable statutory options for bringing a case before a court. The support process does not require you to delay necessary legal action or allow applicable time limits to expire. Our Terms and Conditions do not impose general mandatory arbitration and preserve your options for collective legal remedies.
The agreement is governed by Dutch law, subject to mandatory protections that apply. Consumers retain their statutory options, including access to a court in their country of residence where applicable law provides for it. The Terms and Conditions explain these provisions.
9. Personal data in your request
We use the necessary data to investigate and respond to your request and implement the decision. After resolution, we retain only necessary evidence of how the matter was handled. Full messages, photos, prompts and other attachments are retained after that only where there is a specific need, such as an ongoing dispute. We delete data when the justified need ends. Our Privacy Notice provides more information and explains your data rights.
